1. Reservations

• Reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by Varanyam Resorts.
• A valid name, mobile number, and email address are required for all bookings.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in case of incorrect information, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.

2. Rates & Payments

• Room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Applicable taxes and government levies will be charged as per prevailing laws.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
• Payments can be made using approved payment methods available on our website or at the resort.
• All payments are subject to verification and authorization.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Standard Check-in Time: 2:00 PM
• Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in, in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other guests.
• Comply with all resort rules and safety guidelines.
• Take responsibility for any damage caused to resort property.
• Supervise children at all times.
• Use resort facilities responsibly.

Any intentional damage to resort property may result in repair or replacement charges.

5. Resort Rules

For the comfort and safety of all guests:

• Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
• Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly forbidden.
• Dangerous weapons or hazardous materials are not permitted.
• Excessive noise, unlawful activities, or behavior disturbing other guests may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.
• Pets are allowed only if specifically permitted by the resort and subject to applicable policies.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests will be governed by the Resort's Cancellation & Refund Policy applicable at the time of booking.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

7. Modification of Bookings

Booking modifications are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.

Additional charges may apply for changes in stay dates, occupancy, room category, or other reservation details.

8. Events & Weddings

Bookings for weddings, conferences, corporate events, and private functions may require separate agreements, advance payments, and customized cancellation terms.

The Company reserves the right to modify event arrangements due to operational, safety, or legal requirements.

9. Food & Beverage

Outside food and beverages may not be permitted unless specifically approved by the resort.

Guests are requested to inform us in advance about food allergies or dietary requirements. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

10. Limitation of Liability

Varanyam Resorts shall not be liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
• Delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, transportation issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Temporary interruption of utilities, internet services, or amenities due to maintenance or unforeseen events.

Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes where available and secure their valuables.

11. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

• Misuse or attempt unauthorized access to the website.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written permission.
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

12. Intellectual Property

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
